Help with Java
I recently updated my Java, but now whenever I go to a skin, the 3D render has a white box with an error, and it says that my security settings have blocked the plugin from loading. I enabled all plugins to automagically load on PMC, but the error still appears. When I click more details, I get this:
Java Plug-in 10.51.2.13
Using JRE version 1.7.0_51-b13 Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM
User home directory = /Users/------
----------------------------------------------------
c: clear console window
f: finalize objects on finalization queue
g: garbage collect
h: display this help message
l: dump classloader list
m: print memory usage
o: trigger logging
q: hide console
r: reload policy configuration
s: dump system and deployment properties
t: dump thread list
v: dump thread stack
x: clear classloader cache
0-5: set trace level to <n>
----------------------------------------------------
Please help me with whatever help you can provide. Thank you.

The 3D preview doesn't use Java. We dropped the Java previewer ages ago.
As a rule though, don't touch your Java security settings. You should keep them to highest always.

Go on control panel of java and set security lvl to low or medium.
1. On the start menu, go to "Control Panel"
2. Go to "System and Security"
3. Look at "Windows Firewall." Under it should be "Allow an app through Windows Firewall." Click it.
4. Make sure all checkboxes related to Java are checked, including the program you are using.

I'm using a Mac.
Use Bootcamp to install Windows on your Mac, then follow the troubleshooting instructions.
