Help with minecraft
The minecraft screen just says "updating minecraft' and says done loading but it's been like that for an hour.

i think you deleted your minecraft.jar it happened to me once before if u cant get it back watch a video and how to get it back, or reinstall it from minecraft.net
If you are on mac, go to Macintosh HD, Library support, and click minecraft. Then you can do what sed11 said.
If force updating doesn't work try going to start menu,type %appdata%, click roaming,open .minecraft,then delete the bin folder then play either the browser or .exe.

Try going to Minecraft.net and playing the in-browser version. If that doesn't work, try force updating your Minecraft.jar.
let us know if it works, cus it could be your java, or if ur using mods that are incompatible

Try force quitting it, and maybe force update the jar, like what DinoDaw said
When you are in the login area go to options and hit force update. That may help.
