Help with Program!

I need a program that's like paint.NET, but you don't need Admin Privileges on your computer for, 'cuz its saying i need admin privileges to install Paint.NET...

I'm assuming you are using a school laptop, either way, you won't find a good image editor without installing it.

If you are on a school laptops they wont allow you to run .exe files so you might aswell find an online editior like http://pixlr.com/

If your at home u need admin privilages to install any program.

Wait, if you have Mac, you must be talking about Finder. If you don't I can't help you. If you have a Mac, Finder may be not letting you do some things. Anyways, you may be able to find the answer online.

This is online, thats why he's posting here.... Also finder is just an application to find files, not an admin/permission software.
