High CPU Usage on PMC?
Typically when I'm on the internet with only one tab open, my CPU is at a nice ~20 percent. When I go on PMC in any of the non-Forums section, my CPU usage stays at around ~50%. Although this is high it still functions fine. However, if I try to type something, my CPU usage skyrockets to 100%. Does anyone know what causes this? I've disabled the active banner and my processor is:

When its loading. Try not to move the mouse/cursor around a lot. It creates some lag. Just let it load. Then do what you need to.
My CPU usage is at around 0-1%. When I change or open a new page, it spikes up for a second depending what is on the screen but that happens with all pages. For example I open my Flickr photostream, it spikes to ~30% (because of the photos) and then returns to 0-1%. Watching a YouTube video at 1080p fullscreen gives a steady 3-5%.
Most of the work goes to the GPU anyway (and the sound card if you have one).
Typing doesn't make a difference in CPU usage. Dunno why your goes to 100%.

I have and I already stated that.
Depends what web browser, or extensions you have installed. PMC doesn't usually suck up too much CPU usage, from what I've seen.
I use IE and everything else on the internet works fine.
Use google chrome or firefox
Google chrome is slower on my computer and I don't need a 3rd web browser...
