24/7 host help.

I need help with my Redstone Host redstone tier thing. I wanted to add Bukkit plugins, so I got FileZilla Client, and typed the IP I got in email, clicked FTP, typed 8080, used vmuser3733 and the password that goes with my username. It just says it's connected and is waiting for a welcome message, then just times out. Help!
