But isn't that controlled by the users? if a lot of users see/like/favorite/download/comment on your submission it will easier to find in Best, Trending and Downloads
Maybe they're asking how PMC decides what submissions should go, for example, higher in Best, like how many "points" your submission gets with each view, diamond, etc

ik, I was talking about the first part of your comment, I agree with you on that
thankfully you can't use special characters on tags because then those skins would probably be completelly invisible lol
