How do I get Shaders?

What you need to do is : step 1: Install optifine version A8 None higher :step 2: Install a new GLSL shaders version for optifine A8 :step 3: when this is done a new folder in you're .minecraft should appear called ShaderPacks If it appeared then download the shaderpacks file and on it should be all possible shaders you can find and i know this cause i have shaders myself
