How to restart java?

So, being the naturally clever person I am, I tried to restart java. I went in the task manager, found java and clicked end task. Only now, I'm not sure how to enable it again. Just as I am writing this post, I'm playing minecraft... does that mean java has automatically enabled itself?

java is opened when you start something that uses it or double click a .jar file. Its like when you try to open a word file it start up the program at that point.
In task manager you will see minecraft and other java programs listed as Java Platform SE binary.
