well yeah, I've had hiccups for hours! (I've spent hours jumping up in shock because it surprises me xD) how do you get rid of them lol it is boring

Stop breathing until the hiccup is finished.

Breathe out deeply, then old your breath for 10seconds.

Deep breaths, or hold your breath. It's just a temporarily messed up diaphragm.

Holding your breath works for me. It takes a few times, but after a few minutes of repeated breath-holding, they usually stop.

Make somebody scare you a lot. This always works, and even though it almost gave me a heart attack, it helped so much.

Try to breath normally it is a spasm in the esophagus. Take deep breaths chill ad play MC.
