I just uploaded my Matt Smith skin, but when I went to apply it, the jacket layer didn't work. It is my most recent skin if you want to take a look and perhaps find a way to fix it. Thanks in advance

If you mean applying it in-game, then you need to use the 14w03a snapshot. Otherwise the 1.8 layer of your skin won't implement.
