JC2:MP Graphical Bug?
My Just Cause 2 multiplayer game booted up after I got bored and this graphical glitch happened. Please do not start with simple obvious fixes, since I am pretty good at computers and such.

i right clicked and looked at the full picture first but yeah.. have you done any graphics driver updates or fiddled with the jc2 files?
seems like a graphics card issue :/ or a driver update broke something.. try reinstalling your graphics card driver and *i know this is considered a basic fix* but verify your game cache in steam.. might be something that got corrupted when it closed.. to me it just looks like normal bloom... (because i find bloom ugly and buggy anyway)
