what can i do when i reach level 3??? do i get any benefits

you don't really get more "benefits" as much as you get more rank names to choose from when you level up.
When you reach level 20 you can apply to use ad.fly links in your downloads... When you reach lvl 85, you apply to become God.

I think you can choose more ranks, that what happened when I got it... I think.
