Looking for a program

Hello guys,

I am LightFeather and I have a question.
Is there a program which allows me to make a website with a drag and drop system.
I don't mean a standard template maker. Just a program making a code with my own pictures.
Does anyone know a program like this?

of the two, I'd suggest dreamweaver. you need to use special extensions on your host site when you use frontpage

Thanks but I mean a program on my own pc which allowes me to make something without a template and to put it on my own site.

How about Weebly?

Weebly has only templates to edit and then you use a weebly website. I want a program which allows me to make it for my own webhosting package.
