I was a level 7 when I logged on before, but now I am a level 5 for some reason. The proof that I have is that my rank is "Apprentice Taco" and the taco class is not avalible till level 7.

It may be like lag, or as Roxthesox said - it is most likely that something you uploaded was removed.
You may have a PM explaining what was removed and why.

Otherwise, someone may have unsubed, removed diamonds or removed hearts. A gang may have hearted and diamonded his stuff and they go in and remove them to lower his level.
