Lost minecraft data

HI guys! I reset my windows because it was black screen and there was nothing I could do. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to keep the data, the minecraft being in disk c. I had a world where I had worked for a year. Can't I somehow get it back? Any site with the minecraft worlds cloud? I also mention that I tried to search in recovery from disk c and I could not find the folder with minecraft. I also mention that I use tlaucher. PLS help!!
