Make Minecraft work for me?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post to. If it is, I'm sorry, but I'm a n00b at Planet Minecraft. Anyway, here I go.
I've played Minecraft for about 9 months now, using a laptop, the Toshiba Satellite C855D. It is terrible. Not the game, but my laptop. It's mainly the processor, which is an AMD E-300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.30 GHz.
Believe me, I have no idea what I just typed.
I talked about this in another post, and a bunch of people replied saying that 1.30 GHz is terrible. I looked up a computer's requirements for playing Minecraft and sure enough, 1.30 was WAY below the requirements. I also have bad WiFi connection, but it's mainly the processor. I'm defiantly thinking about getting a new laptop. I want to ask you guys about what laptop do you think I should get? I want to keep the budget below 1500$.

get a desktop... My gaming desktop with: 8gigs of ram, 2gigs of Vram, 3.80GHz quad core processor, and 1tb gaming harddrive was $800 WITH shipping. The entire thing costed $712, then the shipping brought it to about $802. For a laptop with those specs... it would be over double the price. I dont know where this whole gaming laptop thing came from... Its much more cheap, effecient, and healthy to get a desktop... And you usually you cant upgrade a laptops parts, you have to buy an entirely new laptop. And the only thing that is customizable is the mouse, since you cant get a really fancy keyboard like my Logitech G19s, or a better monitor. Yeah you can "take it wherever you want" but that's also unhealthy and can cause more problems that the desktop, as with the desktop you have to be in one room to use it. Also, desktops have better cooling than laptops, more fans, bigger fans, making the chance of games running worse less. Not hot enough to crash, but very hot parts due to not being able to vent the heat quick enough can cause your games to lag and run less smoothly, unless you have a really good computer that the heat performance drop wouldnt even affect it. If you really are looking for a less efficient gaming laptop, but still a good one, the cheapest best quality one is $1666

you could get the dell latitude e5502 it has roughly 300 gb memory and 4 gb of ram and runs minecraft grest plus it has a big screen im not much of a computer geek myself but it is an over great computer in my opinion but if you look at reviews for lots of computers I'm sure you will find one. If you're only going to be playing minecraft, Aim for a PC/Laptop that has a good Processor, (Minecraft is CPU Heavy) On GPU's you dint need a very good one, unless you want shaders. Shaders is very GPU Intense.
I found this laptop on amazon, from my knowledge it should play minecraft no mods 100fps + and shaders at 60fps.

get a desktop nuff said.
You can get an MSI gaming laptop...there pretty beast my cousin has one and it runs minecraft with 60-80 fps all times on max settings....but its not going to be able to run shaders. I always wanted shaders..
