Are mcreator mods allowed on here? I saw a post that said they weren't, but I don't know why they wouldn't be. And if they aren't, can someone link me to where it says that and why?

They are not allowed because you are not creating the mod, the program is, there is really no work going into it. If you want to upload a mod on PM, you must code it yourself instead of using a piece of software to do it for you.
This is pretty much the perfect answer. MCreator mods are not your own coding, not entirely your own creation, and thus, do not meet the standards of this site.
