Mod And Texture Errors

I have been adding lots of mods and texture pack lately,but some HD textures mess up my game.When that happens,I have to uninstall Minecraft in the backup manager.I had to do that a few times today and when I put a mod and Mod Loader,the mod was messed up.I installed it right though.Can you tell me why it wont work?
