There should be a MOD form for users to sign up for a mod or admin on the form questions will need to be answered to make sure your official and ready to take on the next step, because of what I'm seeing it's not quite enough mods and admins, the advanced and normal number is 12+.
It will include.
- Name
-Birth date
- Why your singing up?
- Any experience?
and what ever they feel need to be added.
In order for user to sign up they must be above level 5 and have at least more then 24 hours experience with the site.
For admins, their should be a form, but a application.
Users must be above level 21 and at least have 1 year experience with the site.
If request rejected, a PM will be sent to the user explaining why.
If accepted, a PM will be sent to the user with the ability's and a welcome to the group.

People can put on an act very easily and be a totally different person.
No one becomes Administrators. That is Cyprezz's and only Cyprezz's rank. He is the only site developer which is why he is the Admin.

Is this for adding for moderators onto PMC? If so, Cyprezz talks to the moderators, and they say who is a good choice. If they all agree, Cyprezz messages them and says "Blah Blah, congratz, you're a mod" or something like that.
