Mod Help!!!

*URGENT* I have recently discovered something terribly wrong: Minecraft Coder Pack did not have the setup.bat file, so decompiling and making this Adventure Mod has fell to crap. If anyone can tell me how to fix this, they will get the first copy of the BETA version of this mod. PLEASE HELP!!!
