I've tried adding mods for the first time.
I've gotten magic launcher 1.2.5
I have the 1.7.2 forge
I have a 1.7.2 mod
I add the forge and mod into the top mods section of magic launcher. It says they're both ok, but when I enter the game, the mod doesn't work/appear.

Go to the mod file, open it and see if there's folders in it or another jar file. If it's a jar file, take it out and that's the actual mod file.
