MOD HELP!

I am new to making minecraft mods, I have made my recipe for my new mod
and defined it and done everything bar from one thing.

In the items.java, the new too renders from the items.png.
How do I change it so my item renders from a different .png in the minecraft jar.
And in specific, which file do I edit in order to do this?
