I have no current knowlegde to modding.
What do you need to know to mod minecraft?
What sources are a good way to learn how to mod?
Anything about modding that will help me and anyone who reads is truely appreciated.

Well here are things you'll need:
1.MCP (Minecraft Coders Pack)
2.NotePad++ *For editing the source files*
3.Java DK/Java JDK/JDK *Whatever it is.Its for so MCP will work.*
4.Some Java knowledge.*If you're going to do it without a mod maker.*
Anyway someone put tutorials here on minecraftforum:
Youtube videos may help some too.I would help you with some tips for code but I currently only know how to make a new recipe ._.
