2 questions:
1. does anyone know of a good free image editing program that wont slow down a laptop running on a 32bit windowsXP OS

and2. can anyone give me some interesting mod ideas

Only if they come with an auto-installer.
If not, you must manually install them, and so you need winRAR or 7ZIP.

DEFINITELY use GIMP. And Idk if you have the skill to code this, the only reason I haven't made it is because it's out of even MY league, and I know how to code, but I could really use a dual-wield mod myself. PM me if you end up making it, haha.

I know that's in a mod I've used before... just a sec I'll have to go find it

I can't find it sorry but I'll tell you if I do!

I've spent hours looking for one to include in my modpack. There used to be several, but this got much harder to code since 1.3, and not a single one is still updated.

P.S i use a 10 year old worse computer than yours and paint.net is awesome no lag
