Multiple authors on submissions

Some people seem to be making submissions with multiple authors. Usually they both try to upload it, or one uploads it and gets all the exp. I think there should be a option where one person creates the upload, and there is a field for multiple authors. There they can add more peoples name that are on planet minecraft and we could set it so they get half of the exp (or maybe even a slider to divide it)

On the submissions page where it says the uploader, it would have the uploader first, then the multiple authors with there avatar and there username. When a comment would be posted it would notify all authors too.

I don't know if this is really needed, although I think it would help out some people.

EDIT: Since this isn't anything we to terribly need, maybe we could add it under a advance options tab with some other options in it at the bottom.

Oh, this could also help with giving credit to other people who made it like "so and so said I could edit this skin" and we could make it where the other author has to accept the author invitation.

And of course a lot of people are uploading mods now with help from others.

And texture packs.

Viewable on all of the authors profile. - Credit to lukyzade for that one!

This is actually a great idea! We should make a "groups" option that allows organizations such as server admins to work, edit, and publish under one name. And we could then all share the XP!

Cyprezz was talking about adding "group" features to projects a looooong time ago. Don't know whatever happened to that idea. It's a good one. It'd be pretty universal in other sections too: blogs, textures, mods, servers...

This discussion was way before the XP system was implemented though. Maybe it just got too complicated after that.

I think that would make things much more easier.

If there are sub-author(s), the EXP is split between each sub-author.
