Hello! I need to know if there's any pro like computer that's under $400.00. I need it for my Youtube channel; The White Marker 10. If you help me, it would be awesome. P.S., I also need the operating system and monitor with it! Thanks if you help me :3

Well a screen is the first 150 - 200 $ And the OS is also around 100 $ And it's impossible to get a decent computer for 50 $
