Asking this question on for another user account.
having problems loging in.
When loging in I get the message -You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below.
Problem is... I can't see the confirmation code because the rows are pressed together.
When asking for new password I get the message . The username or account is not in use.
I can't find information on how to get hold of either admministrator, boardowner nor websiteowner.
How do I proceed?

Best thing to do is actually I believe for either you to PM Cyprezz http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/cyprezz/ on behalf of your friend with a detailed explanation of their issue. (more details make it easier for him to help)
Though I think the proper way which will result in your friend getting the fastest results would be to have them go to http://www.planetminecraft.com/contact/ and properly fill out the form again with the most details of their situation they can provide.

I made a different account one time and i had the same problem so your not the only one. Try refreshing the page that might help but im not sure.
