Hey Guys,TrevishX here
So yeah,I'm thinking to start my youtube channel(For fun) and i'm searching for a cool recording game app.I got windows and the type of app i need is that it saves small size videos..For eg: In Mac,there is that game recording software named ScreenFlow and a 2 mins video is like 10MB but in Windows,I used numerous game recording apps and yet 1 min video is like 250MB+ which is annoying to upload.

Please I need suggestions

Apowersoft Free Online Screen Recorder. No need to install an application - all you need is Java. No limit on how long you can record, like Fraps and Bandicam have 30 second and 10 minute limit.

Been using Apowersoft for some time now, free tools of good quality.

I've had several years of experience video making.

If you want a small file size, and for what you're asking for, use Bandicam

If you want a good recording software, Action. Very high quality, multiple audio tracks and the option to record webcam. Large file size

their is a thingy called nividea shadowplay i believe, that basically causes no lags when recording, and is good for up to 30 minute videos i think, and the definition of no lags in this case is when playing at 60fps, you will be recording at 59fps 120fps=119fps ETC.
either way i hope that helps, also you may need a nividea graphics cards to run it possibly...

if you use fraps, you could just compress it and save it on windows movie maker, i believe this compresses the file, but correct me if im wrong

OBS is the best thing there is. Fraps is bad. SSR on Linux is good.

I personally use Dxtory, using a custom codec that stops it recording 3 mins videos with 14 GB filesize. it's 30 bucks, but it has a great amount of customizability. If you don;t want to have a complex system, I strongly recommend trying out !Action. I would have chosen that one except that it doesnt run on my main PC for some reason.

You know, the reason why these recording programs save videos in large sizes is because they record without losing quality. Their giving you the quality you see for your video, so yeah, can't exactly complain for lossless quality. But if you really want a recording software that doesn't save in huge sizes, go with the suggestions above. Fraps and Dxtory are two that save in lossless quality.

Bandicam. Way better than fraps, doesnt make 100+gb of files only for 1 min of recording.

Fraps or Camtasia, if you don't want to pay $50-$300 get cracked version.
