I heard about mcpatcher but its doesn't really work with optifine.Does anyone had any suggestion to make optifine work with mcpatcher or i can just use other app

i tried it with mcpatcher but its dun WORK!!!
You don't need MCPatcher if you're using Optifine.
It should work, i dont really use MCpatcher that much, so i cant be a huge help, sorry.
Try doing the FILES and not the optifine folder instead?
