To expound on epic's help, after you upload an attachment, find the button that says " Place Inline" Underneath File Comment and it'll go into what your typing

Hi, do you mean how do you link to an image elsewhere on the web?
There is an IMG button above your type box. You press that and insert the image url in between the tags.
