I need modding help!

I've been trying to find a good place to learn how to make mods, but I can't seem to find any for beginners. I finally decided to try and see if anyone here could help me. I have no experience with modding, so the most basic things, I have no clue about. If anyone knows about ANYTHING on modding, please let me know
