Need server host

Okay. So i need a decent server host who is 24/7 doesnt need really any personal information (Phone number and such) that can hold 24 ppl on a server at a time, and that i can install plugins myself on without it being too expensive like $50 a month. Fill dis application out if u got a good one. If i like yours, ill put you as a admin on mah server
