I need some help....

Well, i'm new here to PMC. and i have a few requests. One is, i need help with servers. i need one me and my friend could use freely. another is if there's any people out there that can make me a detailed skin, i need a blonde guy, with "Skater" hair or shaggy hair, wearing a hoodie, which id prefer to be blue with a target on the front of it, with black pants and a checkered belt. If someone can help me, i'd GREATLY appreciate it. Thanks!

I suggest you take a look at the skin and server section, as I'm sure they'll have exactly what you are looking for as long as you make use of that nifty search bar. Also, if you're up to it, check out this blog. It's basically a tutorial on setting up servers and what not.
