Hi,im looking to buy this Computer for christmas but im not sure weather ill be able to record minecraft and other FPS Games with decent fps, 40+.

If recording is having an affect on your FPS, it's your RAMs fault. You said you had 8GB of RAM, but the amount wont really matter at 4GB, you want to make sure it's FAST RAM, not just a lot of RAM, or else it wont even matter.
EDIT:
It wont matter after 4GB if it's slow, 12GB of really good RAM is only about 50 USD.
