Origin won't launch!
Alright, before you hate on me, I DO indeed hate origin. I also have Steam, too. Anyways, to the main feature film.
Help. I tried launching Origin to see if there's anything new to the small (compared to Steam)'s list of games for purchase (or for free), and when I launched it, it updated, as usual. Then, after it was done updating, my PC locked up and I couldn't do much of anything aside from hard-resetting. I rebooted and launched Origin again. Same issue, locks up Windows. Did it yet again, but nothing happened. Loaded it as admin, PC locked up. I'm using Windows 8.1 x64 on a PC equipped with the following:
Harddisk: WD Blue (931GiB)
RAM: 8GB of OEM RAM (DDR3)
CPU: Core i3 4150
GPU: Nvidia GT740
DVD Drive: Generic no-name brand
Powersupply: EVGA 430W
Any help? Is this some sort of bug or an intended feature for the Steam-wannabe-but-fails-miserably?
