I brought up my launcher and while it was starting the game said out of memory. Any suggestions on whats going on?

i have been playing the game for a month and i downloaded it so the problem isnt in my requirements.
I have the same problem,I just play on the browser version,but sadly modsdont work on it.
Try to check whats the minimum memory usage on your Java Virtual Machine,Minecraft needs 700MB maximum,and about 200 minimum.
