Planet Minecraft Support Sucks
Three days ago I asked Planet Minecraft a question in the contact us but I have still not recieved a reply.Now this may not seem long but a few months ago I contacted them about something not as important and have had no reply whatsoever if there is any way to tell them to read the support emails do it because someone else on the forums asked about this a while ago as well.

They are very busy people they get messages 24/7 be patient you will get help soon

Even though it says to contact for help via the email you are certainly better off PMing a site mod with your concerns, maybe 2 or 3 of them just to be safe. Cyprezz is the only one with access to the email and he is quite busy.

It may be easier to PM them a question, I'm pretty sure the emails go to Cyprezz. Go to the Board Index, scroll to the bottom, and click on a yellow or green name. Then PM them about it, and you will get a much faster answer

Those all go to one person who is very busy. If you can just send them to a site moderator through private message.

erm last support email took over three months to reply

I need to ask them about a copyright question but I highly doubt they get 1000 emails a day but they did not reply from my message a few months ago

Dude, they get 1,000 emails a day, so it takes some time to answer... And you may have chosen the wrong method to contact them. What did you need from them?
