I make a image in photoshop , okay , so its all high quality and stuff!
and I save it in the most highest quality I can in Photoshop CS6!
But then when I upload it too youtube for my avatar its all crapy!

Can you post a picture of before and after?
Also try scaling (shrinking) it a bit down.
