PLEASE HELP!!
whenever i open my minecraft the little loading-wheel-circle thing spins for half a second then goes away and mc never opens. At first i thought it was java so i reinstalled that. PLEASE HELP I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!!!!

Make sure you have no mods via deleting them as this happened too me
sounds like you need to delete all of your minecraft files on your pc, found in %appdata%/.minecraft (for windows, not sure about other platforms) and redownload it :/
1. Download Minecraft Launcher from Minecraft Downloads page
2. Open it and click options
3. Click FORCE UPDATE
4. Press Login

minecraft never opens, it's not that it won't load after i login it's that i can't even get to the login page
force update your minecraft. it will not delete your worlds, but it will delete any mods you have installed. also, did you do anything before it stopped working? if force updating doesn't help, we will need more information on what you did to it before it crashed.
please i really need help, i can't LIVE without MC
