Plugin help
So I created a server using the host global7hosting and I am trying to install plugins but I really have no idea how to at the moment. If any of you guys have a tip or tutorial of how to install the plugins, please post below. Thanks in advance!

oh i see. does it use ftp??
Sorry could you tell me what that means/stands for? I mean I have to access the plugins folder through the internet for this host, I was wondering if there is way to transfer the files onto my desktop and it would be the same as getting plugins and moving them to the plugin folder - restarting the server and it's installed.
