I am level 1 and have been active/inactive for about four years. Is there some big secret to leveling up? Anyways, sorry for the lame question just have to know

Technically, doing something called "joining the bandwagon" (meaning to post content with a theme that is currently popular among the site, such as teen skins, faction servers, or undertale anything) will likely get you plenty of views and diamonds as long as effort is put into them. But since the main goal of the site is to have fun and create what you enjoy, trust me, don't do that. Don't try to strive for fake internet points and simply have fun.
Alright, I have no desire to gain loads of xp I was just wondering based off the fact that I have played for four years and haven't bypassed level one. Thanks for the response though

Views, downloads, favourites, and diamonds give you xp
Post submissions to gain xp. When people give them diamonds (basically the 'like' feature of PMC), favorite them, and view them you will gain xp.
Post almost anything but forum messages. Skins, texture packs, builds, whatever. I have reached level 24 before thanks to my now-removed texture pack.
