Sometimes I will be reading post on the forums and it will bring me down to the bottom of the page.

Hm, check your board preferences under your user control panel? The default settings are this (http://i.imgur.com/sIXaE.png), check to make sure something hasn't gotten changed.

Instead of doing that, you could just reset the settings to default. (Go here, and hit the reset button at the end of the page). Easier to do that, in my opinion anyways, but you always have the option to do it the way The_Soup described.

I dont think so, it happens everytime I go to a thread I will just be reading and it goes to the bottom

Either you have something set to do that within your board preferences, you are visiting the topic/forum through a link that leads to a post lower down on the topic, or you are accidentally hitting keys >.<
