I've spent about an hour planning my server post and typing it all, but everytime I try to save it nothing happens. It is starting to annoy me because I spent so long making the post but I can't even save it.

I believe you must be level 10 to post a server.
No, I believe you're mistaken. The only thing that requires levels to post, are mods, as far as I know. Where did you hear this, by the way?

Simply copy and paste the main body of your server and everything else to any text editor, that is, if you don't want to lose it. Alternatively, use your clip board. Now, the actual problem.. It could simply be the site failing to load/save due to heavy traffic, or the problem could be on your end.. Not much you can do but wait and try uploading later. Alternatively, you can clear your web browser's history/cache and see if that helps, or even try using different web browser's such as Firefox or Google Chrome.
