If you post a project or something, and say it is like 5% done, when you upgrade/upload newer version of it, and it is 10% done, will it go straight into recent projects first page?

Well one tip is you could wait until you have finished it more to post it. Second, I actually don't know. A few times it seems when I updated something it went to the top of the page, but I'm not sure if it still does.
They might have removed it because people could spam the update log and constantly get back to the top of the page.
