Maybe a moderator deleted this submission?
If a moderator deleted it, it would say "Either the uploader or a moderator decided to remove the submission"
This may be because it was never there? If it was removed, it would say "Either the uploader or a moderator decided to remove the submission" and would come up with a link saying "Meh to the homepage". Your case is that you either mistyped the URL or it never existed!
