There is one person who likes playing on my server, but he keeps getting disconnected, and it says read time out in the java script. this happens every 5 minutes, but is better latte at night. I do not believe the problem is his connection because his friend that lives near to him also plays on my server and has no problems. Is there anything I/ he can do to fix this problem?

mabye his router is dieing or modem or mabye (how long has he been playing minecraft) well mabye his computer is slow its one of the 3 i know
