I'm trying to upload a texture pack to Planet Minecraft, but it is, and has been, for the past 20+ minutes just "Saving..." What do I do?

This happens sometimes. Have you tried quitting out of your web browser then reopening it and loading PMC again? That sometimes works for me. If not, the servers in your area might just be busy.
Many people are having the same problem. I myself haven't been able to upload anything for the past week. It seems to just be a bug of some sort, so I suggest using a download mirror link for the time being.
