Schematic Problems??

My friend and I have a server, but we're having troubles pasting in a schematic. It only loads about half of the schematic, even though it says it is 100% done. Anyone know how to fix this?

are you SURE you took the schematic properly? i've been bamboozled by things like that for ages, then it turns out to be a selection issue.
