I am trying to upload a schematic to the site for one of my projects, but every time I try is get this: (schematic) - File extension not supported.
I know the file isn't too big.
Any suggestions?

You will have to compress the schematic file into .zip format. You can do this by right clicking the file and pressing 'Send to' > 'Compressed (Zipped) Folder'. Here's an image example:
