Server Banner Problem

Hi, For some reason when i upload my new banner to my server it shows my old banner, this is GIF file type and i did some research and it said wait a while and i have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now.

Try uploading it again. and are the dimensions of the banner 468x60 ?

Yep i checked the dimension are indeed 468x60 and i have uploaded it several times.
